About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Spa Manager to lead their luxurious spa facilities in Nelspruit . You will be responsible for the overall management of the spa, including staff supervision, client care, treatment offerings, inventory management, and financial performance. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the spa, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
• Lead, train, and motivate spa therapists and reception staff.
• Develop and manage treatment menus, service protocols, and pricing strategies.
• Oversee inventory of spa products and supplies, managing purchasing and stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Handle guest inquiries, bookings, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Spa Manager or in a senior spa supervisory role.
• Certification in spa therapy or a related field is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of spa treatments, wellness trends, and skincare products.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Experience with spa management software and POS systems.
• Ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively.
