About the Role

Our client is searching for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead and inspire their sales team in Nelspruit . This leadership role involves setting sales strategies, coaching and mentoring sales professionals, and driving overall revenue growth for the region. You will be responsible for managing performance, developing talent, and ensuring the team consistently meets and exceeds sales objectives. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with a strong track record in sales management and a passion for developing high-performing teams in Mpumalanga.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and operational plans for the assigned territory.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Recruit, train, and mentor new sales team members to foster professional growth.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure alignment and maximize success.
• Manage the sales budget and ensure efficient resource allocation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a senior sales leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing sales teams.
• Strong understanding of sales principles, market dynamics, and CRM systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Nelspruit .
