About the Role

Our client, a leading firm in Management Consultancy , seeks an experienced Senior Management Consultant with a focus on Change Management to join their practice in Paarl, Western Cape . This role is integral to guiding organizations through significant transitions, ensuring that strategic changes are implemented smoothly and effectively, with minimal disruption to operations. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive change management strategies, engaging stakeholders, and driving adoption of new initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills, adept at navigating complex organizational dynamics and fostering positive transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated change management strategies aligned with client business objectives.


• Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify potential challenges and opportunities.


• Design and deliver communication plans, training programs, and support structures for change initiatives.


• Facilitate workshops and meetings to build buy-in and address resistance to change.


• Monitor the progress of change initiatives and provide ongoing support and adjustments.

Requirements
