About the Role

You will support the plant operations team in managing and optimizing chemical processes, ensuring safety and efficiency on the plant floor. You will contribute to the daily running of the plant and learn the intricacies of chemical manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring and controlling chemical process parameters to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
• Support senior engineers in troubleshooting operational issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Participate in process safety reviews and hazard analyses.
• Help maintain accurate operational records and generate shift reports.
• Conduct basic process tests and data collection for performance analysis.
• Learn and adhere to all safety procedures and environmental regulations.

Requirements
