Senior Sales Rep

Red Emberis looking for a Senior Sales Consultant with strong knowledge or experiencewithin the shooting, hunting, outdoor sporting, firearms, or reloadingindustry. Thesuccessful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strongcustomer relationships, and providing expert product advice to customers. Weare looking for someone who understands the specialist nature of this industryand can confidently guide customers in selecting the right products based ontheir individual needs.

Requirements

• Drive sales and achieve monthly andannual sales targets.
  


• Build and maintain strong relationshipswith new and existing customers.
  


• Provide knowledgeable and professionalproduct advice.
  


• Understand customer requirements andrecommend appropriate products and solutions.
  


• Handle customer enquiries acrossin-store, telephone, email and online channels.
  


• Prepare quotations, process orders andfollow up on sales opportunities.
  


• Maintain strong knowledge of shooting,hunting, outdoor sporting, firearms, ammunition, reloading and relatedproducts.
  


• Assist customers with product selectionand provide technical guidance where required.
  


• Follow up on leads, quotations, andprospective customers.
  


• Provide excellent after-sales service andresolve customer queries.
  


• Maintain accurate customer and salesrecords.
  


• Work closely with the team to ensure aseamless customer experience.
  


• Remain up to date with new products,brands, and developments within the industry.
  

Requirements

• Grade 12.
  


• 3–5+ years of proven sales experience.
  


• Knowledge or experience within theshooting, hunting, outdoor sporting, firearms, or reloading industry ishighly advantageous.
  


• Proven track record of achieving salestargets.
  


• Strong product knowledge and the abilityto understand and explain technical products.
  


• Excellent communication, negotiation, andinterpersonal skills.
  


• Computer literate with experience usingPOS, CRM, or ERP systems.
  


• Confident, professional, and customer-focused.
  


• Ability to work independently as well aswithin a team.
