About the Role


Our client is seeking a talented and user-centric UX/UI Designer to join their fully remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user experiences and interfaces for web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate user needs and business requirements into visually appealing and highly functional designs. Key Responsibilities



  • Conduct user research, create user personas, and map user journeys to deeply understand user needs and pain points.

  • Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new features and user interfaces, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.

  • Develop high-fidelity UI designs that adhere to brand guidelines and aesthetic standards, ensuring consistency across all platforms.

  • Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to refine designs based on technical feasibility and user feedback.

  • Conduct usability testing and analyze results to iterate and improve design solutions.

  • Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring user needs are at the forefront of design decisions.


Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital product design work.

  • Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).

  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and interaction design.

  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
