About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Remote Marketing Manager to lead their marketing efforts, supporting their operations near Paarl . This is a fully remote position, offering the opportunity to build and execute impactful marketing strategies from anywhere. You will be responsible for overseeing all marketing activities, including digital campaigns, content development, brand management, and lead generation, with a focus on driving measurable business growth. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to achieve company objectives, including revenue growth, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.
• Lead and manage the marketing team, providing direction, mentorship, and performance feedback.
• Oversee the execution of digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
• Proven success in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that have driven significant business results.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and marketing automation tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage remote teams effectively.
• Demonstrated experience in budget management and resource allocation.
