Key Responsibilities

• Assist in processing catering orders, ensuring accuracy and timely input into the system.
• Provide prompt and professional responses to client inquiries via email and phone.
• Help prepare and organize event documentation, including client details and service requirements.
• Support the catering team with inventory tracking and supply order coordination.
• Maintain and update client databases and contact information.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support overall catering operations.

Requirements

• Previous administrative or customer service experience is advantageous, preferably in a hospitality or event setting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
