Compensation

Annual salary: ZAR 150,000 + 3% commission on all closed deals (average deal size ≈ USD $25,000, Avg commission per closed deal - USD $750).

Role Description

We are hiring a full-time, remote Sales Representative to run Zoom calls with pre-booked, qualified leads who have already expressed interest in our services.

Your job is simple and focused: connect, diagnose, present, and close. You will be responsible for building rapport, understanding each prospect’s goals, clearly presenting our offer, following up with them consistently and closing deals on the call. The ideal candidate is a confident, coachable closer who can follow a proven process and consistently hit the sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run scheduled Zoom meetings with warm, interested leads from the USA and UK
  • Build trust quickly and establish authority through clear, professional communication
  • Ask the right questions to understand each prospect’s situation, goals, and constraints
  • Tailor your pitch to show the most relevant benefits and outcomes of our services
  • Handle questions, concerns and objections in a calm, confident, professional way
  • Maintain and manage a clean pipeline of active leads with timely follow-ups
  • Track every interaction and update in the CRM so nothing slips through the cracks
  • Move leads through each stage of the sales funnel and ensure consistent follow-up
  • Share feedback from calls to help improve scripts, marketing, and the sales process
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals

Qualifications

  • Humble, approachable personality with the ability to build genuine relationships
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English and a confident presence on Zoom
  • Comfortable working the required hours: 7 AM to 4 PM EST (serving US and UK leads)
  • 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in a remote or virtual client-facing role
  • Proven experience closing deals on zoom calls, not just generating interest
  • Highly organized, with strong time management and follow-through
  • Able to work independently, set daily activity goals, and stay self-motivated
  • Professional home setup: quiet space, good lighting, clean background, quality mic/camera
  • Reliable high-speed internet and equipment for seamless virtual meetings
  • Willing to complete a designated sales training in the first 7 days
  • Open to coaching, role-play, feedback and continuous improvement
  • Solid understanding of basic sales principles: discovery, needs analysis, objection handling, closing
