Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technology roles, from initial client brief to offer acceptance.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for positions such as software developers, engineers, and IT managers.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key clients in the technology sector, understanding their unique hiring needs.
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and networking to identify niche technical talent.
• Provide market insights and consultative advice to clients on talent acquisition strategies.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant , with a significant portion focused on the Technology sector.
• Deep understanding of IT roles, technologies, and the current talent market landscape.
• Exceptional ability to build rapport and trust with both clients and candidates.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
