Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, identifying their needs and preferences.


• Provide detailed product information and demonstrate features and benefits to enhance customer understanding.


• Assist customers with selections, process sales transactions accurately, and manage returns/exchanges.


• Maintain an organized and appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-presented and stocked.


• Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling.


• Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business in Port Elizabeth .

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail sales or customer service role, preferably as a Retail Sales Consultant .


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse customers.


• A genuine enthusiasm for sales and a commitment to delivering excellent service.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.


• Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.


• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, at our Port Elizabeth store.
