Based in their vibrant Nelspruit office, you will be instrumental in connecting top talent with leading firms in these dynamic industries. Your role will involve understanding complex project requirements and sourcing professionals such as site managers, civil engineers, and project planners. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles within construction and engineering firms.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates for positions like project managers, engineers (civil, structural, mechanical), surveyors, and tradespeople.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the construction and engineering industries.
• Utilize deep industry knowledge to attract and engage skilled professionals.
• Provide market insights and consultative advice to clients on talent acquisition strategies.
• Ensure a consistently high level of service for both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant , with a specialization in Construction or Engineering .
• Strong understanding of the construction and engineering industries, their project lifecycles, and typical roles.
• Excellent interviewing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing time and priorities across different work settings.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
• A proactive approach to business development within the construction and engineering niche.
