Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze marketing data from various sources, including web analytics, CRM, social media, and campaign platforms.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key marketing performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to the marketing team to optimize campaigns, improve targeting, and maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to define data requirements and reporting needs.
• Stay current with data analysis tools, techniques, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Marketing, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience of at least 3 years as a Data Analyst, preferably in a marketing context.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Excel, Python, or R.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Familiarity with marketing platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media analytics).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate data into clear business insights.
