About the Role

Our client is looking for a passionate and driven Sales Executive to join their successful automotive dealership in East London . This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their vehicle needs, and guiding them through the purchase process to provide an exceptional buying experience. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets, managing customer inquiries, and building long-term relationships within the local community. This is an excellent opportunity to excel in the dynamic automotive industry in the Eastern Cape.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers on the showroom floor and in the service department.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle models and financing options.
• Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Negotiate vehicle prices and terms to close sales effectively.
• Process sales paperwork accurately and ensure timely vehicle delivery.
• Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar high-volume sales environment.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• A passion for cars and a solid understanding of vehicle features and benefits.
• Ability to work weekends and public holidays as required by dealership operations.
• A valid driver's license is mandatory.
