About the Role

Our client is looking for a motivated and certified Certified Personal Trainer to join their fitness center team in Soweto . This role involves designing and implementing personalized fitness programs for clients, guiding them through exercises, and motivating them to achieve their health and wellness goals. You will be responsible for creating a safe and effective training environment, fostering client adherence, and contributing to the overall success of the fitness facility. Key Responsibilities

• Assess clients' fitness levels, health status, and goals to design customized workout plans.
• Provide one-on-one training sessions, demonstrating proper exercise techniques and ensuring client safety.
• Motivate clients to adhere to their fitness programs and celebrate their achievements.
• Educate clients on nutrition, lifestyle choices, and the importance of overall wellness.
• Monitor client progress and adjust training programs as needed to optimize results.
• Maintain a clean and organized training area and manage client schedules effectively.

Requirements

• Certification from a recognized Personal Training institution (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM).
• Proven experience working as a Personal Trainer with a diverse client base.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science.
• Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
• CPR/AED certification is mandatory.
• A genuine passion for fitness, health, and helping others achieve their potential in Soweto .
