Telecommunications Network Engineer

This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining robust and scalable telecommunications networks, ensuring high availability and performance. Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage telecommunications network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues, ensuring high availability and low latency.
• Implement network security measures and best practices to protect against threats.
• Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
• Collaborate with hardware vendors and service providers to evaluate and integrate new technologies.
• Plan and execute network upgrades and expansions to meet growing demands.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience as a Network Engineer with a focus on telecommunications.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), VPNs, and network security principles.
• Experience with network monitoring tools and performance analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
