Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily retail operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all store activities.
• Lead and motivate a team of retail associates, providing training, coaching, and performance management.
• Oversee inventory levels, stock control, and merchandising to maximize sales and minimize loss.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and compliant store environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a focus on operations.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a retail team to achieve sales targets.

• Proficiency in retail POS systems and inventory management software.
