About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled Project Management Lead to oversee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of critical projects in Port Elizabeth . This leadership role is responsible for guiding project teams, managing resources, and ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. You will play a vital role in establishing and maintaining high standards for project management methodologies and best practices across the organization. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end management of multiple complex projects, from initiation through to closure.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
• Effectively manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring proactive mitigation and resolution.
• Communicate project status, progress, and potential roadblocks clearly to stakeholders and senior management.
• Mentor and guide project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in project management, successfully delivering projects of varying complexity.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
