Property Law Conveyancer

About the Role

Our client is seeking a qualified and meticulous Property Law Conveyancer to join their reputable legal practice in Klerksdorp . This role requires a deep understanding of property transactions, from initial agreements to the final registration of deeds. You will manage the entire conveyancing process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency for a range of property deals. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional service to clients in the Klerksdorp region.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the conveyancing process, including the preparation and lodgement of deeds.
• Draft and review Sale Agreements, Bond Originator agreements, and other property-related documents.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, financial institutions, and the Deeds Office.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee the financial aspects of transactions, including the handling of trust accounts and payments.
• Provide expert advice to clients on property law matters and transaction complexities.

Requirements

• Admitted Attorney or candidate attorney with a minimum of 3 years of dedicated conveyancing experience.
• Proven experience in handling various property transfers, sectional title schemes, and mortgage bonds.
• Strong understanding of the Deeds Registries Act and related property legislation.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and lodgement.
• Proficiency in conveyancing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and client service skills.
