Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing chemical manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
• Design and implement process modifications to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and lower costs.
• Ensure operations comply with all relevant health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
• Provide technical support to production teams, assisting with troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Participate in the planning and execution of plant maintenance and upgrade projects.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including operating procedures and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering .
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in an industrial chemical engineering role.
• Strong understanding of chemical processes, unit operations, and industrial safety standards.
• Proficiency in process simulation software and data analysis tools.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and the capacity to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
