About the Role

Our client is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Aircraft Quality Assurance Inspector to join their operations in Rustenburg . This critical role ensures that all aircraft maintenance and repair activities adhere strictly to regulatory standards, company policies, and manufacturer specifications. You will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections, identifying potential non-compliance issues, and documenting findings to uphold the highest levels of safety and airworthiness. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in aviation quality control and a commitment to maintaining impeccable standards within a busy maintenance environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive inspections of aircraft, components, and maintenance processes to ensure compliance with airworthiness directives and quality standards.
• Review and verify aircraft maintenance records, work orders, and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and report any deviations from standards, non-conformances, or safety concerns to management.
• Perform audits of maintenance facilities, tools, and equipment to ensure they meet required standards.
• Witness and approve critical maintenance tasks as required by procedures.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of aviation regulations, quality control procedures, and relevant technical data.

Requirements

• Significant experience (5+ years) in aircraft maintenance or a related quality assurance role within the aviation industry.
• Possession of relevant aviation certifications and licenses is highly desirable.
• In-depth understanding of aviation regulations (e.g., CARs, FAA, EASA).
• Proven ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and specifications.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective reporting and collaboration.
