About the Role

Our client requires a strategic and experienced Regional Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations in the Gauteng region, with a primary focus on Centurion. This leadership position demands a broad understanding of business operations, market dynamics, and team motivation. You will be responsible for driving regional growth, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining high standards of performance and compliance across all assigned branches. The successful candidate will be a key player in shaping the company's regional strategy and achieving ambitious business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for regional growth, market penetration, and profitability.
• Provide leadership and support to all branch managers within the region, ensuring consistent operational standards.
• Monitor regional performance against key metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Manage regional budgets, controlling costs and maximizing revenue across all branches.
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and local authorities.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout the region.

Requirements

• Substantial experience in a regional management or multi-site operational leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in driving business growth and managing P&Ls for a region.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in performance management and data-driven decision-making.
• A relevant degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
