Senior Process Engineer - Energy Sector

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize existing energy production processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Design and implement new process technologies and equipment, ensuring seamless integration into existing operations.
• Conduct thorough process safety analyses, identifying potential hazards and developing mitigation strategies.
• Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, including P&IDs, operating procedures, and PFDs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including operations, maintenance, and R&D, to achieve project objectives.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineering staff, fostering their professional growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in process engineering, specifically within the energy industry.
• Proven track record in process design, optimization, and scale-up.
• In-depth knowledge of process simulation software and control systems.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and environmental compliance in the energy sector.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
