About the Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic and strategic Regional Sales Manager to lead their sales efforts remotely. This pivotal role involves developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth across designated regions, managing a remote sales team, and building strong client relationships. You will be instrumental in achieving sales targets and expanding market share through effective leadership and market penetration. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a remote sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to the sales team.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a successful Sales Manager or Regional Sales Manager, preferably managing remote teams.
- Extensive experience in sales strategy development and execution.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
