About the Role

Our client, a well-established automotive dealership in Nelspruit , is seeking an experienced and proactive Automotive Parts Manager to lead their parts department. You will be responsible for managing inventory, overseeing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving profitability for the parts division. This role requires a strong understanding of automotive components, excellent inventory management skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively. You will be crucial in ensuring that service technicians and retail customers have timely access to the parts they need.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the automotive parts inventory, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and pricing.


• Supervise and train parts department staff, ensuring high levels of performance and customer service.


• Develop and implement strategies to maximize parts sales and departmental profitability.

Requirements
