About the Role

Our client is seeking an insightful Blockchain Data Analyst to join their team in Polokwane . You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex blockchain data to uncover trends, insights, and actionable intelligence. Your work will support strategic decision-making across various departments, including product development, marketing, and finance. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data manipulation, and a keen understanding of the blockchain ecosystem. You'll play a crucial part in helping the organization navigate and leverage the vast amount of data generated by blockchain networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and process data from various blockchain networks and sources.
• Perform in-depth analysis of on-chain data to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key blockchain metrics.
• Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve data collection and analysis capabilities.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst with a strong focus on blockchain or cryptocurrency data.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), or R.
• Experience with blockchain explorers and data analysis platforms (e.g., Dune Analytics, Nansen).
• Strong understanding of blockchain concepts, transaction flows, and tokenomics.
• Excellent data visualization and reporting skills.
