Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant , with a strong record of success in leading teams and managing significant recruitment projects.
• Demonstrated ability in business development, client relationship management, and negotiation.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills, adapted for a remote setting.
• Proficiency with advanced recruitment tools, ATS, and CRM systems for remote operations.
