About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Strategy Consultant with a focus on Change Management to join their advisory team in Polokwane . This role is critical in guiding organizations through periods of significant transformation, ensuring smooth transitions and successful adoption of new strategies, processes, and technologies. You will work closely with senior leadership and employees to foster a culture of adaptability and engagement. Operating in a hybrid model, you will combine remote strategic planning and analysis with on-site client interaction to deliver tailored change management solutions that align with business objectives and drive positive organizational outcomes within the Limpopo region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies to support client transformations.
• Assess organizational readiness for change, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation plans.
• Design and deliver communication plans, training programs, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and focus groups to gather feedback and build consensus among employees.
• Monitor the progress of change initiatives and provide ongoing support to ensure successful implementation.
• Advise clients on best practices for managing organizational change effectively.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, change management, or organizational development.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing successful change management programs.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing remote collaboration and on-site client needs.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
