About the Role

Our client is looking for a skilled Regional Service Operations Manager to lead their service delivery teams across the Limpopo province. This role focuses on ensuring high-quality customer service, efficient field operations, and the effective management of service technicians. You will be responsible for optimizing service workflows, managing resources, and driving customer satisfaction within the region, with a key focus on operations in Polokwane and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate has a strong background in service management and a passion for operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of regional service operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage and motivate a team of service technicians and support staff.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Monitor operational performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure efficient scheduling and dispatch of service personnel.
• Manage budgets and control operational costs for the service department.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in service operations management or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing field service teams and optimizing service delivery.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of service management software and CRM systems.
• Ability to manage operational budgets and P&L for the service division.
