Account Executive

About the Role

Our client is actively seeking a driven and strategic Account Executive to manage and expand their client base in the Polokwane region. This role is critical for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and closing deals that contribute to significant revenue growth. You will leverage your sales expertise to understand market needs and position our client's offerings effectively. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with a proven ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to identify and acquire new clients within the assigned territory.
• Manage the entire sales cycle , from initial contact and qualification to negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers at prospect organizations.
• Understand client business needs and articulate how our client's solutions provide value.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Meet and exceed quarterly sales quotas and revenue targets.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a closing Account Executive or similar B2B sales role.
• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of sales methodologies and pipeline management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Polokwane .
