A leading entertainment and hospitality group with a complex, multi-property digital ecosystem. We're looking for a digital performance expert to help drive growth through data, technology and smart digital marketing.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

A digitally savvy, commercially minded Digital Performance Lead who loves data, spotting opportunities and turning insights into measurable results. You'll report to the CMO and lead a growing digital performance team.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

Develop and drive the digital performance strategy across the business.

Lead paid media, from planning and buying through to optimisation and ROI.

Manage the website, SEO, GA4 and digital analytics.

Build dashboards and reporting that turn data into actionable insights.

Drive CRM, direct marketing and customer lifetime value initiatives.

Develop digital audiences and improve campaign performance.

Explore AI and emerging technologies to keep the digital ecosystem ahead.

Build strong relationships with agencies and digital platforms.

Lead and develop a growing team of digital specialists.

WHAT DO YOU NEED?

Business/Commerce degree.

7-10 years' digital performance experience in a brand or agency environment.

Strong GA4 and web analytics experience.

Solid SEO implementation and measurement knowledge.

Proven paid digital campaign management and optimisation experience.

Experience with digital platforms, audience targeting and performance reporting.

Strong analytical and commercial mindset.

Agency management and negotiation skills.

Excellent communication, collaboration and leadership skills.

A genuine interest in AI, technology and the future of digital marketing.
