We are seeking talented AI Developers to join a high-performing technology team delivering innovative artificial intelligence solutions within a modern banking environment. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals passionate about Generative AI, Machine Learning, and enterprise-scale software development.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3 years' experience developing AI solutions within enterprise environments. Strong programming experience in Python, Java, or C++. Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch. Exposure to cloud platforms including AWS or Azure. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to translate business requirements into practical AI solutions.
Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and solutions. Integrate advanced AI tools and technologies into enterprise platforms. Develop scalable and secure solutions that support banking and fintech operations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver business value through AI innovation. Ensure solutions meet security, regulatory, and performance requirements. Continuously optimize and enhance AI models based on operational feedback and performance metrics.
Previous experience within Banking, Payments, or FinTech environments. Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs). Master's degree or PhD in a relevant technical discipline. Experience with AI model deployment and MLOps practices.
