About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain solar panel systems, including mounting structures, inverters, and associated electrical components.

• Conduct preventative maintenance on solar arrays and electrical equipment to ensure optimal operation.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical problems, implementing effective repair solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Solar Panel Technician or similar role in the renewable energy industry.
• Solid understanding of electrical theory, photovoltaic systems, and associated components.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and testing equipment for solar installations.
• Relevant trade certification or qualification in electrical or solar installation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and manuals.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record for on-site travel.
