This role is critical for supporting the growing technology sector in the Western Cape, connecting businesses with top IT talent. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technology roles, from sourcing specialized developers and engineers to negotiating offers and building lasting client relationships. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of IT positions, including software development, cybersecurity, data science, and infrastructure.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-calibre IT professionals, utilizing advanced search techniques and market knowledge.
• Conduct thorough technical and competency-based interviews to assess candidate suitability and potential.
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key clients within the technology sector.
• Negotiate job offers and facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for placed candidates.
• Provide expert advice to clients on IT market trends, talent availability, and competitive compensation packages.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably within a recruitment agency setting in the Western Cape .
• Demonstrated success in recruiting for a wide range of technical roles, with a strong understanding of various programming languages, frameworks, and IT infrastructure.
• Proven ability to source hard-to-find IT talent through advanced research and networking methods.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor.
• Experience managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
• A relevant tertiary qualification is an advantage.
