Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven success in sourcing and placing candidates in roles such as Accountants, Financial Managers, and Analysts.
• Strong understanding of financial terminology, qualifications, and industry dynamics.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload effectively in a remote setting.
• Relevant degree or professional qualification (e.g., CA(SA), CIMA, B.Com) is an advantage.
