About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Email Marketing Specialist to join their team in a fully remote position. This role is critical in driving customer engagement and conversions through effective email campaigns. You will be responsible for the strategy, execution, and optimization of all email marketing efforts, from list segmentation and campaign creation to performance analysis and A/B testing. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive email marketing strategy to nurture leads and retain customers.
• Create compelling email campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows, ensuring high engagement rates.
• Segment email lists based on customer behavior, demographics, and purchase history to deliver personalized content.
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, calls-to-action, and send times to optimize campaign performance.
• Analyze email marketing metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to create visually appealing and effective email templates and copy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in email marketing, including strategy, execution, and analysis.
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Sendinblue, or similar.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, and segmentation techniques.
• Experience with A/B testing and data analysis to drive campaign optimization.
• Excellent copywriting skills and attention to detail.
