About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and organized Non-Profit Program Coordinator to support their impactful work in Mahikeng, North West . This role is integral to the smooth operation and successful delivery of various community programs. You will assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring program activities, coordinating logistics, managing communications, and supporting program staff. The hybrid work model ensures flexibility while maintaining essential on-the-ground presence for effective community engagement and program oversight in the Mahikeng area.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of program activities and events.
• Manage program logistics, including scheduling, venue booking, and material preparation.
• Maintain program records, databases, and filing systems, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Serve as a key point of contact for program participants, beneficiaries, and partners, responding to inquiries.
• Support program staff with administrative tasks and project-specific needs.
• Monitor program implementation, gather feedback, and assist in preparing progress reports for Mahikeng initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in program coordination or administrative support, preferably within the non-profit sector.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment, managing tasks effectively both remotely and on-site in North West .
