This role involves providing high-end nail services while also mentoring junior technicians, fostering skill development, and upholding exceptional service standards. You will be instrumental in ensuring client satisfaction through superior nail artistry and contribute to the growth of the studio by sharing your expertise. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of nail care, a keen eye for detail, and a natural ability to lead and inspire.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of advanced nail services, including manicures, pedicures, gel, acrylic, and nail art.
• Conduct thorough client consultations to determine desired styles, colours, and nail care needs.
• Provide expert advice on nail health, care, and maintenance.
• Mentor and train junior nail technicians, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
• Ensure all services are performed to the highest hygiene and safety standards.
• Stay current with the latest nail trends, techniques, and product innovations.

Requirements

• Certified and experienced Nail Technician with a strong portfolio.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the nail industry.
• Demonstrated experience in mentoring or training junior staff.
• Proficiency in various nail enhancement techniques and artistic nail design.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of hygiene and sterilization protocols in a salon setting.
