Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical consultation on complex chemical engineering challenges related to production and R&D.
• Lead investigations into process anomalies and develop innovative solutions for improved performance and yield.
• Design and execute experiments to evaluate new materials, catalysts, or process parameters.
• Develop and validate new analytical methods for process monitoring and quality control.
• Author technical reports, research proposals, and patent applications.

Requirements

• PhD or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering with a specialization in a relevant area (e.g., catalysis, polymer chemistry, process intensification).
• 7+ years of experience in applied research, process development, or technical problem-solving in the chemical industry.
• Proven track record of innovation and successful implementation of new technologies.
• Expertise in spectroscopy , chromatography, or other advanced analytical techniques.
• Strong theoretical understanding and practical application of chemical reaction engineering and thermodynamics.
• Excellent technical writing and presentation skills.
