About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive urban master plans and strategic development frameworks.
• Conduct spatial analysis, site assessments, and feasibility studies for urban development projects.

• Prepare design proposals, presentations, and policy recommendations related to urban design.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Architecture or Urban Planning.
• At least 10 years of experience in architectural design and urban planning/design.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing urban master plans.
• Expertise in GIS software, AutoCAD, and 3D modeling tools.
• Strong understanding of urban design theory, policy, and South African planning legislation.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
