Vehicle Sales Intern - Yes Learnership (JHB)

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with vehicle enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Develop knowledge of vehicle products, features, specifications and pricing.
• Assist with presenting and demonstrating vehicles to prospective customers.
• Support the sales team with lead generation and customer follow-ups.
• Assist with preparing quotations and completing sales documentation.
• Build and maintain professional customer relationships.
• Assist with vehicle displays and ensure vehicles are presented professionally.
• Support the sales team in achieving sales and customer service targets.
• Gain practical experience and develop skills within the automotive sales environment.

Requirements:

• Age: 1828 years
• Must qualify for the YES (Youth Employment Service) Programme.
• Must be unemployed at the time of placement.
• Must be a South African citizen.
• Valid driver's licence (non-negotiable)
• Matric / Grade 12 qualification.
• A qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or a related field will be advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a professional manner.
• Confident, energetic and enthusiastic.
• Target-driven and motivated to succeed.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop a career in vehicle sales.
