Our client, a leading Recruitment Consultancy based in Upington, Northern Cape , is actively seeking an experienced Operations Recruitment Specialist . This role is critical in sourcing and placing operational and managerial talent for a variety of industries, including logistics, agriculture, and manufacturing, that are key to the economic landscape of the Northern Cape . You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from understanding client needs to securing the right candidates who will drive operational efficiency and success. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process for operational roles, including warehouse managers, logistics coordinators, plant supervisors, and agricultural specialists.
• Source candidates through various channels, utilizing job boards, professional networks, and direct outreach relevant to the Upington area.
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' operational experience, problem-solving abilities, and leadership potential.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in key operational sectors.
• Ensure timely and successful placements that meet the operational needs and cultural fit of client organizations.
• Provide clients with insights into the operational talent market and recruitment best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on operational, logistical, or industrial roles.
• Proven track record of successfully filling positions related to operations management, supply chain, or process improvement.
• Strong understanding of operational environments and the skills required for success in such roles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various recruitment sourcing tools.
