About the Role

Our client is actively seeking a dynamic Online Learning Facilitator to guide students through STEM subjects in a virtual classroom setting. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive and engaging online lessons for STEM subjects via video conferencing platforms.
• Facilitate online discussions, Q&A sessions, and group activities to promote student engagement.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback on assignments, quizzes, and projects.
• Monitor student progress and provide individualized support to address learning challenges.
• Develop and maintain supplementary online learning materials, such as study guides and practice exercises.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or Education.
• Demonstrated experience (2+ years) in online teaching, facilitation, or tutoring.
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual classroom tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively in a remote setting.
