Remote Recruitment Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute the complete recruitment cycle for diverse roles, ensuring efficient and effective candidate placement.
• Utilize advanced online sourcing techniques, professional networking platforms, and CRM systems to identify and engage passive and active candidates.
• Conduct thorough virtual interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability, skills, and cultural fit.
• Build and nurture strong candidate relationships, providing them with a positive and transparent recruitment experience.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and clients remotely to understand their unique staffing needs and provide expert recruitment advice.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities within the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on agency or RPO environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in using various online recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and social media for sourcing.
• Excellent remote communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport virtually.
• Self-motivated, organized, and disciplined, with a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving results.
• Experience in multiple recruitment specializations is a plus.
