Social Media & Community Manager (E-commerce)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging social media content plans across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Build and nurture an online community, encouraging user-generated content and fostering brand advocacy.
• Manage social listening efforts, identifying trends, sentiment, and opportunities for engagement.

• Track and report on social media performance metrics, providing insights for strategy optimization.

Requirements
