Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in performance improvement consulting or operational management.
• Proven expertise in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and performance management frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
