About the Role

Our client is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join their team in Bloemfontein. This role is responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually compelling assets for a variety of marketing and communication needs. You will work on projects ranging from digital advertisements and social media graphics to print materials and branding elements. Collaborating closely with the marketing and product teams, you will ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages to our target audience. Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce high‑quality graphics for digital platforms, including social media, web banners, and email campaigns.
• Create layouts for print materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
• Develop and maintain brand identity elements, including logos and style guides.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and translate them into visual concepts.
• Ensure all designs are technically accurate, visually appealing, and adhere to brand standards.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Excellent visual communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and receive constructive feedback in Bloemfontein.
