About the Role

Our client is seeking a seasoned and dedicated Leisure Facility Operations Manager to oversee the smooth and efficient running of their recreational facilities in Polokwane. This critical role involves ensuring the highest standards of safety, guest experience, and operational excellence within the Leisure & Sports sector. You will manage all aspects of daily operations, including staff management, maintenance, budgeting, and customer satisfaction, contributing to a welcoming and enjoyable environment for all visitors. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of facility management principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of leisure facilities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Manage and schedule facility staff, providing training, support, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement operational procedures to optimize efficiency and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Manage maintenance schedules, coordinate repairs, and oversee the upkeep of all facility equipment and grounds.

Requirements
