Telecoms Project Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking an accomplished Telecoms Project Manager to oversee critical network deployment and upgrade projects in Klerksdorp . You will lead cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful delivery from initiation to closure. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of telecommunications project lifecycles. You will be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives that enhance our network infrastructure and service capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize telecoms projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate project progress, updates, and challenges effectively to all stakeholders, including senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management , with at least 3 years focused on telecommunications projects.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
