About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and visionary Program Director to spearhead their Community Development initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all Community Development programs.
- Develop program goals, objectives, and strategies in alignment with the organization's mission.
- Manage program budgets, resources, and timelines effectively, ensuring efficient allocation.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse, remote-based team of program staff.
- Cultivate and maintain partnerships with government agencies, NGOs, and community stakeholders.
- Monitor program progress, evaluate impact, and generate comprehensive reports for stakeholders and funders.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in program management, preferably within the non-profit or community development sector.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing large-scale social impact programs.
- Strong leadership, team management, and strategic planning abilities.
- Excellent grant writing and fundraising skills.
- Proficiency in managing remote teams and utilizing virtual collaboration tools.
- Master's degree in a related field such as Social Work, Public Administration, or International Development.
